Ok, so the version of that plugin didn't actually change between 1.1.7.28 and 1.1.9.28, so that cannot be the cause of the issue.
I wonder if somehow your accounts database has become corrupted?
Can you try:
devel-su -p pkcon install libaccounts-glib-tools
and then:
ag-tool list-accounts
ag-tool list-settings EXCHANGE_ACCOUNT_ID
e.g if the exchange account has id = 5, then:
ag-tool list-settings 5
Redact any personal information, and then please send the output to chris dot adams at jolla dot com so that I can look to see if the settings are somehow wrong.
